pk15 Terms & Conditions — Your Complete User Agreement

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") are entered into by and between pk15 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "Player", "you") who accesses, registers on, or uses any part of the pk15 website located at pk15.bid, including all sub-pages, services, games, and features thereon.

By completing the account registration process, accessing the pk15 login portal, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise using the Platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

These Terms supersede any previous agreements, representations, or understandings between you and pk15 relating to the subject matter herein. pk15 reserves the right to update these Terms at any time; continued use of the Platform following the publication of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to and use of pk15 is strictly restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and throughout your continued use of the Platform.
• You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or close associate of pk15 or any affiliated company.

pk15 reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a government-issued identity document such as a CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or driving licence. Failure to provide satisfactory age verification documents within the period specified by pk15 may result in suspension or permanent closure of the account and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals.

If it is discovered at any time that a User is below the minimum age of 21, pk15 shall immediately close the account, void all bets and transactions, and return deposited funds where legally permissible. Any winnings accrued by an underage user shall be forfeited in full.

To access the full range of services offered by pk15, including placing bets, participating in live dealer games, and making deposits and withdrawals, a User must register an account by providing accurate, complete, and current information through the pk15 registration process.

3.1 Registration Requirements

• Each User may register only one (1) account on pk15. Multiple accounts held by the same individual constitute a breach of these Terms and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds.
• Registration information must be truthful. Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• Users must provide a valid and active mobile number or email address. Pakistani users may register using a +92 mobile number linked to JazzCash or EasyPaisa.
• Account names must match the legal name of the account holder as it appears on their identity documents.

3.2 Account Verification (KYC)

pk15 operates under Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations consistent with international gaming licensing requirements. Users may be required to complete identity, address, and payment method verification at any point, particularly prior to processing withdrawals. Verification documents may include:

• Government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport, or driving licence)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 90 days)
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits

pk15 reserves the right to restrict account functions, including the processing of withdrawals, until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

The User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of their pk15 account credentials, including username, password, and any two-factor authentication (2FA) codes. pk15 will never ask for your password via any channel, including live chat, email, or telephone.

• Users must not share their login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.
• Users must notify pk15 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to or use of their account.
• pk15 shall not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by a User's failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• pk15 reserves the right to lock an account where suspicious login activity is detected, pending verification by the account holder.

Users are encouraged to activate 2FA on their pk15 account. Two-factor authentication adds a secondary verification layer via SMS to the registered Pakistani mobile number, significantly reducing the risk of unauthorised access even in the event of password compromise.

pk15 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods tailored to Pakistani players, including JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, USDT TRC20, and Bitcoin (BTC). The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transactions. Minimum deposits for other methods vary as displayed at the time of deposit.
• All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposited funds are credited to the User's pk15 account balance upon successful processing. JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits process instantly; bank transfers may take 15 to 30 minutes.
• Cryptocurrency deposits process upon the required number of blockchain confirmations (2 confirmations for USDT TRC20; 3 confirmations for Bitcoin).
• pk15 does not charge platform fees on deposits. Network fees for cryptocurrency transactions are borne by the User.
• pk15 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of deposited funds in compliance with anti-money laundering obligations.

Users may request withdrawal of available account balances subject to the following conditions:

• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by pk15's payments team following verification.
• Withdrawals may be subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification prior to processing.
• The minimum withdrawal amount and applicable processing times are displayed within the User's account dashboard at the time of the withdrawal request.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals are typically processed within 5 to 30 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals clear within 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the receiving institution.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed within 2 blockchain confirmations for USDT TRC20 and 3 confirmations for Bitcoin.
• Any active bonus wagering requirements must be completed before a withdrawal of related bonus funds can be processed.
• pk15 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on withdrawal requests that exceed certain thresholds or that display patterns inconsistent with normal gameplay.

pk15 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered Users. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated clearly on the relevant promotion page. The following general conditions apply to all pk15 bonus offers:

• Bonuses are available only to registered Users aged 21 or above who have completed any required verification steps.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before bonus-derived funds may be withdrawn. Standard wagering requirements are stated as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 15x).
• Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds expire 30 calendar days after being credited to the User's account.
• pk15 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice.
• Abuse of bonus offers — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage, or coordinated multi-account exploitation — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated bonus funds.
• Users may not withdraw deposited funds that have been tagged to an active bonus requirement until the relevant wagering obligation has been satisfied.

pk15 reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds — and any winnings derived therefrom — where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a bonus was claimed or used in breach of these Terms or in bad faith.

All bets placed on pk15 — whether on casino games, live dealer tables, the sportsbook, or arcade titles — are governed by the following general rules in addition to any game-specific rules displayed on the relevant game or market page:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled, amended, or reversed after acceptance by the Platform, except where an explicit cash-out option is available and exercised prior to the relevant event or game outcome.
• In the event of a technical error, system fault, or disconnection during gameplay or a live betting market, pk15 reserves the right to void affected bets and return staked amounts to the User's account balance.
• Results of all certified Random Number Generator (RNG) games are final and cannot be disputed on the basis of perceived unfairness. RNG certification by an independent lab is maintained as evidence of game integrity.
• For sportsbook markets, pk15 follows standard sporting event outcome determination rules. Void markets are settled at odds of 1.00. Errors in odds resulting from manifest typographical mistakes may be corrected and affected bets voided at pk15's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits per game or market are displayed within the relevant game interface and are subject to change without advance notice.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pk15 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, termination, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or sportsbook market on pk15.
• Exploiting software errors, game bugs, or technical vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any activity designed to disguise the proceeds of illegal activity through pk15 transactions.
• Registering more than one account, or using another person's account or identity to access the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live poker, live dealer, or any other multiplayer game format.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the software or infrastructure underpinning the pk15 Platform.
• Providing false or misleading information at any stage of registration, verification, or account management.

All content on the pk15 Platform — including but not limited to brand names, logos, game graphics, software, user interface designs, text, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk15 or its licensed content providers, and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit:

• Reproduction, redistribution, or public display of any pk15 content without prior written consent.
• Commercial use of any pk15 branding, imagery, or content for any purpose.
• Modification, adaptation, or creation of derivative works based on pk15 platform content.

pk15 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all players. We recognise that gambling can become problematic for some individuals, and we maintain a range of tools and safeguards to support responsible play.

11.1 Self-Management Tools

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may configure maximum session durations after which the Platform will automatically log the User out.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary account suspension of between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-Exclusion: Users may request permanent self-exclusion from pk15. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed for a minimum period of 6 months.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pk15 and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of — or inability to use — the pk15 Platform.

• pk15 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily render services unavailable.
• pk15's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the relevant claim.
• pk15 is not liable for any losses arising from force majeure events, including but not limited to internet outages, natural disasters, acts of government, or payment processing failures outside pk15's direct control.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which pk15 holds its international gaming operating licence.

In the event of any dispute between a User and pk15 relating to these Terms or the use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt resolution through pk15's internal complaints process by contacting customer support. If a dispute cannot be resolved through this process, it may be referred to the dispute resolution mechanism specified by pk15's licensing authority.

Users acknowledge that gambling outcomes are inherently uncertain and that no legal claim may be brought against pk15 solely on the basis of an unfavourable game outcome where the relevant game has been certified as fair by an independent testing laboratory.

pk15 reserves the right to modify, revise, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable law, regulatory requirements, or Platform functionality. The effective date of the most current version is always displayed at the top of this page.

Where amendments are material in nature, pk15 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via email or an in-account notification prior to the changes taking effect. In all cases, the updated Terms will be published on this page and will become effective immediately upon publication.

Continued use of the pk15 Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes the User's acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with any revised provision, you must cease using the Platform and submit an account closure request.
